Books and Resources on Natural Health and Raw Foods
Before starting to post blog articles, I took the time to set up this site with some very important resources. I’ve read all the books and purchased products at all the sites listed. Perhaps over time, I’ll add others that I only know about second hand. But for now, I’ve had direct experience with all.
I wanted to tell you that so you understand that this isn’t just a random list of links. In fact, I have many more! Especially books. But I didn’t want the sidebars to go down to the center of the earth, so I stopped where I did until I have more posts.
I’ll be reviewing books and talking about other resources over time. Do you have a favorite book? Are any of the books you see ones you’d like me to review? If so, please add a comment to this post or click on the "Ask Joy a Question" link in the top navigation bar or in the list of Pages. And here it is also:
I have many favorite books (I’m sure you do, too!), and my favorite books get that status for different reasons.
In my Raw Food Energy Soup article, I mention the one that I most often recommend to those who want to explore the raw food cuisine. It is Rawsome! by Brigitte Mars, which you will also find on the right side bar.
The first time I was introduced to eating raw (about 25 years ago!), relatively few books were available. I attended a conference by Gabriel Cousens in Washington, DC, where he discussed is concept of the rainbow diet. Dr. Cousens is still one of the foremost authorities on the raw and living foods area. Two of his books are in the right side bar.
At some time, I’ll write some proper reviews. For now, I welcome you to explore these resources, comment on them, or ask questions about them.

The book that truly captivated me and got me hooked on becoming a Raw Foodie is entitled RAW FOOD LIFE FORCE ENERGY by Nataia Rose.
